So, After having my Power 90 Master Series for almost 2 weeks now, I finally burst those babies out and had my way with them! At first, I was really excited to work with them and couldn’t wait to get them and start the program immediately. But then, Life happened. Man, Last week I only worked out once.......
So, I haven’t posted on here in a minute and I feel bad about it! I was supposed to go work out and then upload pics from those workouts.  Welllll…. From the lack of posting you can pretty much tell what happened. I only went to the gym campus once and did  3.5 miles on the elliptical. I Loved every minute of that workout, But I know I need to be moving and burning calories a minimum...
