Being lazy kills my diet.

When I don’t have class I am lazy as ever! I sleep alllll day long, which means that I don’t eat anything for an extended period. Even when I do wake up I get so lazy that I just lay in bed or on the couch instead of getting up and going to eat. Who does mess like that? I won’t even get up to get a glass of water. The depths of my laziness knows no limits. But this is a great disservice to my diet. I end up ravenously hungry and munch on everything I can get my hands on. Point blank. I’m jumping into the world of planning meals and keeping to a schedule to keep my hunger woes at bay! Wish me luck! I think I want to do weekly posts of what I ate and when I worked out… I’m still figuring it out!
