Power 90 Master Series

Did I tell you that I can’t do a pull-up? Yeah, it’s pretty tragic. I should be able to lift my own weight. But 230, Nah, can’t even do it! But, alas! There is help for me! A quick Google search has hipped me to some valuable info regarding preparing my body to be able to get it done.

While this article is pretty explicit in its step by step guide to being able to do a pull up, it makes one thing very clear…. GOTTA LOSE WEIGHT FIRST! But I don’t know, how much I need to lose. If I lose 24 lbs, that would be 10% of my body fat. Would that be enough? Or are we talking about 48 lbs… 20% of my current body weight.  Man, I feel so motivated.  If I could get to p90x, I’d feel so accomplished. Do the work, reap the benefits. 

I also found a good link to a schedule for my power 90 series that will get me on track. I am excited. These size 16 skinny jeans I have on today are pretty snug. Gots to do better. Did I mention I JUST order my power 90? I am anxious to get them and let the crazy sweat begin.
